Broccoli Soup

What you need (1 serving):

  • 300 g Broccoli (frozen)
  • 2 potatoes (medium-size)
  • 1 Liter of vegetable stock
  • Milk

Preparation

Wash, peel and dice the potatoes. Then, cook them in 1 liter of vegetable stock for about 10 minutes. Add the frozen broccoli and cook altogether for another 10 minutes. Turn off the cooker, add some milk and purée until its smooth. If you like to, you may add more milk or a bit of pepper. Enjoy!
